As a group, BEETS (lab members) discuss research interests, ongoing research projects, and potential future research projects. Additionally, BEETS discuss general information related to the workplace and academia as well as the field of psychology.Â

ABOUT US:
PRIMARY MISSION & GOAL:
The primary mission of the BEETS Lab is to reinvent the world through research by sculpt the workplace through scholarship.
The goal of the lab is to provide undergraduate and graduate students with research opportunities to acquire and put into practice scholarly knowledge in the area of industrial/organizational psychology.
OUR INTERESTS:
Many of the primary interests focus on workplace and academic environments, but the a forementioned interests can be applied to a variety of others. Lab membership, therefore, is not limited to only psychology students.

BEETS RESEARCH GOALS/ AGENDA:
Learn steps to the scientific methods
Analyze results and design experiments
Learn how to write proposals by applying for undergraduate research grants
Improve your presentation skills by presenting during lab meeting and going to conferences
Finish a passion project for publication
LAB MEETINGS:
Weekly lab meetings will be held on Fridays at 1:30 pm. The BEETS Lab offers a number of different research-related opportunities, depending on your level of interest and commitment.
